The 180 Curved Stairlift is Acorn’s solution for ‘non-straight’ stairs which move through turns, curves or corners… and what a solution it is! It’s called a curved stairlift because the stairlift rail must curve around any bends or corners to give a smooth, comfortable ride. Every curved stairlift rail is custom-made to exactly follow the contours and dimensions of the stairs it’s installed on. This need for a ‘one-off’ rail is why curved stairlifts cost more and take a little longer to install. An Acorn 180 Curved Stairlift is usually fitted by a skilled technician in a few hours.

It’s patented FastTrack® system has slashed response times, so that an Acorn 180 can be installed within days of your order, even next day in extreme cases. FastTrack® uses a parts library of ready-made interlocking rail sections. After a survey identifies which sections are needed, they are assembled in the customer’s home to create the perfect made-to-measure curved rail.
